Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout depending on the value of the order and the shipping method of choice. Shipping method options will depend on the delivery location. Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.

 

Orders within India

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders. All orders are shipped from our New Delhi warehouse in India within 2-3 business days after payment receipt.

 

Note:

• We do not ship to PO boxes.
• Some items may ship separately.
• We currently do not ship orders to multiple addresses.

 

International Shipping

Please note that Nourish Mantra India is currently shipping internationally to Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Bhutan and Nepal. Orders from other countries will be fulfilled by Nourish Mantra USA.

 

Free global shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,999.

Flat rate of Rs. 1400 added to orders under Rs. 6,000.

Import duties to be paid as actual by the customer.

Orders ship within 2-3 business days after payment receipt but transit time will depend upon the shipping partner and the destination.

Order Changes

Unfortunately, we cannot accept order changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order, please email care@nourishmantra.com.

 

Tax

Tax will be charged based on the state the order is shipping to and the applicable tax laws.

 

Taxes are added automatically at the checkout. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order and, as such, may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order, mainly due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the item(s) being purchased, but also for other reasons as well. The actual amount of tax charged in connection with your order will appear in your order confirmation email.

 

In case of international orders, local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
